The house is about five minutes walk to the main building of Leeds University and Hyde park. It is about ten to fifteen minutes walk to superstores. The house is in easy walking distance from the Trinity shopping center, train station and coach station.
The house has three bedrooms. The rooms are furnished with a double/single bed, wardrobe, desk/chair, bookshelf, storage cabinet/drawers, bedside table.
The house comes with a fitted kitchen/lounge with a washing machine, fridge/freezers, sofa, a shower room with a shower over a bath, a toilet separated from the shower room, central heating/ hot water, double glazed windows.
