My lovely flatmate is unfortunately leaving her room (move-out date flexible december before the 18th or January 10th onwards) so I'm looking for another female professional to replace her! The bills for energy, water, wifi & council tax (band D) come to around £120/160 (might be slight increase the coming year) each month per person. The flat is pretty energy efficient - there is also a Concierge & gym within the building (to use the gym you need to pay a one time fee). There isn't currently parking and the building has a no pets rule.

The flat has a lovely view of the Docks and is very close to the Leeds Bus Station, and less than a 15 minute walk to the city and train station. The room is a good size & will be furnished with a bed and wardrobe. There's an ensuite bathroom with shower, and kitchen with a deep freezer & dishwasher.

I'm looking for a friendly, tidy, young professional to move in - we're a calm house and occasionally eat together, but also have our own space! I work from home every day, and go to the office twice a month.
