Recently restored high spec period property.

I've recently finished my restoration project in Leeds, its taken quite a while, but I wanted to do it right. I'm now looking for lodgers to share it with. I'm looking for tidy, clean lodgers, preferably none smokers who will respect the home I have created. The house is full of period features and antiques with a new contemporary kitchen and bathroom. The house dates from 1880 and retains its original hallway tiled floor and solid porcelain bath as well as original fireplaces. We had a new loft conversion and an extension with a double set of bifold doors leading to a decked outdoor seating area. The bedrooms in the loft conversion have concealed LED smart mood lighting as well as a lovely en suite in one and a snug tv nook in the other. The house has cctv, so you can always see your parked car from the app on your phone.

Aldi is a 3 minute walk, with other shops not too far (One Stop, Tesco etc). Numerous bus routes available to Leeds CC within a minute or 2 walk.

All bills included in rent:

- Water
- 500Mbps download Virgin broadband
- At least once per month deep clean of communal spaces
+ Extras such as washing liquid and dishwasher tabs paid for
