1-Bed Flat **Live Rent Free Until Dec 5Th**

I have a 1-bed flat without bills at £825 per month. Me and my boyfriend lived there but now have moved out.

We paid the rent 6 months in advance so the rent of the flat is paid for until December 5th. You can enjoy renting for free until then on us :) you will have to pay your rent from December 6th onwards.

The flat is close to the city centre, in Lovell House.

The flat is also furnished; has more than enough furniture:
Wardrobe, Bed, Small bedside tables in Bedroom,
Sofa with coffee table, small storage shelf, small dining table with chairs in the Living room/kitchen.

There will be a holding deposit to take the property off the market. It is one week of rent and will be counted towards the security deposit or the first month’s rent.
