New Flatmate Wanted for a 2 Bedroom Flat

Hello, My name is Mishal and I'm looking for a new flatmate as mine is moving out late December. The flat should be ready to move into January 1st. The flat is a 2 bedroom flat with very large rooms. Sorry about the pictures Ive uploaded it at work and the only thing I had was a video but the video was too large to upload. Message me if you want me to send you the video. There is a communal garden with picnic benches and a clothes line shared amongst the 3 flats in the building. There's also permit parking available. It's a 4 minute walk to Laidlaw Library and a 20 minute walk to city center. The landlord has stated working professionals preferred. I'm a very clean person so I'd like someone whose also clean.
