Urgent tenancy takeover, 1 Room, UoL Union

*I was meant to stay for the whole tenancy, but due to personal reasons have to go back to my home country for the year*

With amenities, it comes up to £719 pm.

Room:
The room is large and pretty, with big windows, sunlight, a sofa, a large table, good shelving. The wallpaper in the room adds to its charm. The washroom will be shared with 1 other person.

The People:
The most curious bunch of fun and welcoming (and funny) people, from different places. We also have a rotation for the bins and cleaning in the kitchen, so that way it’s pretty organised.

The house:
You can’t get closer to the Uni of Leeds than thins. It’s literally a minute away from the union, so it’s pretty continent and hence the price. It is a 10 people house, is large and gets good sunlight, has central heating as well as heaters in each room. We have amenities like a washer and dryer, 3 fridges, a large sink, and a smaller one. The kitchen is pretty nice and big.
