Looking for a tenant to take over my room.

Looking for a responsible, clean and friendly person to take over my room as I’m moving out. It’s a great spot and you’ll be joining a relaxed and respectful household. There are 5 other rooms in the same flat, all occupied and all of them are lovely. The room is spacious enough for one along with the bathroom. The room also has a full size window that allows a lot of natural light. You will be sharing a large kitchen and also have amenities like WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
The locality is quiet and has easy access to the city centre that’s just a 15-20 mins walk. There also the university nearby and Tesco express which is a 5-7 mins walk.
The rent excludes bills, can give more information upon request.
Council Tax Band C and will be split between the tenants.
