I am advertising my spare room after sharing a long term let with my friend who has now moved out.

I am easy going and respectful of privacy. I work as a healthcare professional in the Bradford area.


Some details:
* Short commute (less than 5 min walk) from Bramley train station. This is one stop away from Leeds city centre (approx. 8 mins journey).

* Close to a large shopping centre and a Morrison’s.

* Private parking on rear driveway that can fit two cars (also have a ring doorbell for extra security).

* Shared living room, kitchen, office area , bathroom

* I do have indoor cats so would need to be ok with pets. They are no trouble and I don’t let them in the bedrooms.
