Available from 13th January - until 30th June 2025

The house consists of a 7-bedroom house, with only 4 tenants residing in it (no more people will join the household, as the landlord agreed to rent it that way), 2 bathrooms - each with shower and toilet.

Fully furnished house, big kitchen and living room with TV, washing machine.

Rent & Bills:
Rent: £556 per person (monthly) including utility Bills (water, internet, gas & electricity)
Council Tax is separate, council tax band B
Deposit: £250
