Urgent en-suite Concept Place for Students

I live in a 6-person ensuite apartment near the University of Leeds, just a 15-minute walk away.
The environment here is quiet, and my flatmates—3 girls and 2 boys—are very friendly.
My room is 16 square meters, which is spacious enough for me. The apartment provides 24-hour hot water, and the elevator and hot water system rarely have issues.
There is also a reception, a pool table, a laundry room, and a study room, which make life here very convenient.
The rent can be paid in four installments, and I have already paid three of them. Additionally, I’ve never had a problem with lost mail. It’s a great place for both studying and living.
