I’m relocating for my job and am looking for a female young professional (including PhD students) to take over my remaining tenancy. The flat is lovely and spacious in a great location, only a 15 minute walk into Headingley with restaurants, shops, gym etc.

The current flatmates are 2 female recent graduates, one with a hybrid working role and the other often working away during the week. Both are super lovely, friendly and enjoy spending time together. We love cute nights in watching movies or baking, but also love a fun night out! Both studied at the University of Leeds so know the area well and the best places to go.

The room has an en suite bathroom, with the other 2 girls having a shared bathroom. The room is super spacious with lots of handy wardrobe space. The kitchen is spacious, with a washer/dryer and all the usual necessities. There is an open plan living room and dining area which is lovely and sociable.
