(4) you can have some girls night in the common room! roommates are diverse from different backgrounds, easy to get along with ^ ^

【Person I'm looking for】
(1)As it is a student residence, this room could only transferred to female only, Postgraduate in University of Leeds.
(2)The contract is 51 weeks till 2025, Sep 5th, so short-term is not available.
(3) The good thing is I chose installment payment plan in following months, so you do not need to pay it all at once.
