Double room in a cosy shared house

A double room is available in our shared house in Harehills. We are Zac and India. Zac is a junior doctor working in Bradford and India is a final year medical student. We spend quite a lot of time out of the house, but when in we enjoy cooking nice food and watching films in the front room.

The room is situated on the first floor and has enough space for a double bed with storage underneath, a clothes rail already fitted and a further storage area. There are also some shelves up but these can be taken down if you prefer once moving in.

We have a lovely cat called Tabushka who is extremely friendly and loves sitting on your lap/back/chest. There is a comfy shared lounge with Xbox & Netflix, plenty of plants and areas to sit and relax. We have a large kitchen with plenty of cupboard space for three people, and also a shared bathroom which is quite small but everything works well. We have quite a new boiler so very good central heating.

The house is just off Harehills Road but nearer to the Roundhay Road end. It's definitely a quieter part of the area, but still close access to all of the local amenities ie brilliant supermarkets and restaurants. It is a two minute walk to local bus stop which takes 10/15 minutes to get into town. We are a 5-10 minute walk from Potternewton Park and about 25-30 minutes to Roundhay Park.
