TENANCY TAKEOVER
Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I am looking for a property that’s closer to my workplace, I put that this property will be available on the 1st February but that may change as for someone to take over my tenancy, I will have to have a new property secured for me.
The house is very tidy, the housemates and lovely and the house is always quiet as everyone is out at work all day. It’s a refurbished house since August so it’s very modern.

• Television
• Very spacious fridge and freezer
• Breakfast bar
• On street parking directly outside of the house with plenty of space
• The room is furnished with a build in desk, a large double bed, a build in wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers (one small one large) and another set of drawers build into the desk
• The en-suite bathroom has ample storage
It’s a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop that will get you to the Uni of Leeds in about 7/8 minutes, there’s a 24 hour Sainsbury’s just 1 minute walk away, there’s an Abu Bakr shop just 3 minutes walk away and there’s a large variety of quality food places ranging from 2-10 or 15 minutes walk away (if you have a car then the 10 mins will be 2- there’s parking around these places too) such as Route 66, Brgr Time, Mr Ts, Smash burgers and a lot more. Only a 5 minute drive from Cardigan Fields Retail park with Aldi and McDonald’s, just a 7 minute drive from Armley B&M, Farmfoods and Lidl.
