Large double bedroom available in a peaceful and well-maintained house in LS17. The room is fully furnished with a double ottoman bed and plenty of storage, perfect for someone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. There is plenty of room for wfh if required. I have a separate bathroom so only two people would share the main bathroom.

Happy to do an ikea trip for anything missing! Or repaint the green :)

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short walk to Chapel Allerton and with great public transport links to the city centre, 5 minute walk and 18 minutes on the bus into the city centre.

Current housemates are two young professional men, a teaching assistant and a data scientist. We are both gamers, enjoy a pub quiz and both like to cook, but we still order too many takeaways. Happy to socialise but not an issue if you prefer to keep to yourself.

We have a large garden for relaxing or socializing in an outdoor space.

The fourth bedroom is currently used for ironing/laundry, I am willing to rent it out as an office if you're interested in a separate workspace.
