**Lodger wanted – large furnished double room in LS17**

Looking for someone who suits a friendly, tidy household. We have a fortnightly cleaner, but we all clean up after ourselves day-to-day and try to leave shared spaces, especially the kitchen, nice for the next person.

A large double bedroom is available in a peaceful, well-maintained house in LS17. The room is fully furnished with a double ottoman bed and plenty of storage, with more than enough space for a desk if you work from home.

I have my own separate bathroom, so the main bathroom would only be shared between two people.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of Chapel Allerton, with great public transport links into Leeds city centre. The bus stop is around a 5-minute walk away and the journey into town is roughly 18 minutes.

You'd be living with two young professional men — a teaching assistant and a data scientist. We're both gamers, enjoy a pub quiz, like cooking, and still order slightly too many takeaways. We're happy to socialise, but equally there’s no expectation to join in if you prefer your own space.

The room is already furnished, but I'm happy to do an IKEA trip for anything useful that's missing.
