Hello,

I am looking for a housemate, who is clean and tidy.
Who does not smoke or will not smoke in the house, and would like to feel like at home.
The house is big.

The localisation is perfect, everywhere can be reached on foot. The city centre is 10 mins, Universities, Hyde Park and Art. School are in 10 mins away.
There are 3 bus stops between 2 and 5mins away.
The St. James Hospital is 25 mins, LGi is 10mins on foot.

There are a garden, a spacious kitchen and a living room, a toilet and a bathroom separate.

The bills are incl such as: gas, electricity, FIBRE broadband, water.

A parking permit can be requested, if necessary.
