I am looking for a housemate, who is clean and tidy.
The house is for 2 persons only.

The localisation is perfect, everywhere can be reached on foot:
- The city centre is 10 mins,
- universities, Hyde Park and Art. School are 10 mins
- St. James Hospital is 25 mins
- LGI Hospital is 10mins

There are 3 bus stops between 2 and 5mins away to York, Harrogate, Meanwood, Headingley, Horsforth, city centre too.

The bills are incl such as: gas, electricity, FIBRE broadband, water.

A parking permit can be requested, if necessary.
