Sunlight-filled double room in Burley, Leeds

Gorgeous room in a lovely 4 bed house in Burley. It gets so much sunlight all day, and has a fireplace and a sofa as well as the double bed. We have a grassy front garden and a cute back garden with a table and chairs, lots of natural daylight in the house and lots of cosy furniture/furnishings. We've got a good-sized kitchen and living room, too - the shared spaces are nice and spacious. The house is in council tax band B.

I am sadly moving out, but you will have 3 gorgeous housemates to share the space with. We're a sociable house, always cooking and chatting in the kitchen, but everyone has their own things going on, too.

We're looking for someone with good energy, who's clean and tidy, and just a nice person! My housemates would love to meet you before moving in, so we'll be free to meet from the 18th of March to the 11th of April (you can come round for a cup of tea!). Looking forward to meeting you! :)
