Looking for 2 new flatmates in a 3-bed flat

Living in a 3 bedroom flat in far Headingley near Meanwood Park, unfortunately, my 2 current flatmates are leaving at the end of July 2025 so I am looking for 2 new flatmates to take over the tenancy with me from the 31st of July 2025. Preferably professionals for council tax reasons.

Flat is located 10mins walk from Meanwood park, 15mins walk to the centre of Headingley and there are plenty of cute cafes and bars just near by (Fekka, Loaf, Bottle Chop). There is also a bus stop right outside the flat with regular buses into town (20-25mins to town).

Flat includes kitchen/living room in the same room. There is one bathroom shared between all 3 rooms. Free parking outside of the flat in a car park dedicated to residents of the flat. There is also a common garden outside perfect for BBQ or just taking in the sun.

Wifi: £10.99/month
Council tax: £63/month.

About me: I am half French half English. I am currently on a graduate programme for a Med Tech company called Boston Scientific. I studied Medical Sciences at the University of Leeds and then a Masters by Research at the University of Edinburgh. I came back to live in Leeds in October 2024. I would like to live in this flat for at least another year and a half. I am very sociable, tidy and easy going. I enjoy going out with friends and discovering new places in Leeds and Yorkshire. Hobbies include tag rugby, climbing, hiking in the countryside, surfing, crochet and painting.
