Big double room in the city centre

Hello,

I am looking for a housemate, who is laid back, open and tidy. He/she likes having a cup of tea or coffee to chat.
Who does not smoke or will not smoke in the house, is clean and would like to feel like at home.
The house is big.

The localisation is perfect, everywhere can be reached on foot. The city centre is 10 mins, Universities, Hyde Park and Art. School are in 10 mins away.
There are 3 bus stops between 2 and 5mins away.

There are a garden, a spacious kitchen, a living room, a toilet and a bathroom.

The bills are incl such as: gas, electricity, FIBRE broadband, water.

A parking permit can be requested, if necessary.
