I'll do the main household chores and cleaning in the shared spaces to a reasonable amount.

Your room is a large double with tons of storage. There is a shared kitchen, shared bathroom, and storage in both the kitchen and bathroom for your own things. You'll have equal use of the kitchen, bathroom, and appliances (bath/shower, fridge, hob/oven, washer/dryer, etc).

There is a free off-street parking space in a small car-park.
The flat is on the second floor of a secure larger building.

About me:
I'm an easy-going friendly person, happy to welcome anyone to stay here! I work a varied role in the culture sector so I am often out in the days including weekends, but sometimes have a few days at home.
I have two pet house bunnies and some mini-rats (all rescues), they get cleaned every day and stay in my private office/living space. They have no access to bedrooms or shared spaces.

Feel free to play music, cook food, and enjoy your stay here! It's an upstairs flat so as long as neighbors are respected then all is fine. I tend to listen to podcasts in the day and watch Netflix in the evenings.
