Professional woman seeks tenant to move in immediately, on a short term basis only - rolling contract per month.
This house is for sale - hence the cheaper rent, there will be at least 6 weeks notice given once the property has sold.
You will share with my good friend Lucy, she is 35, she works Mon-Fri and is often away at the weekend, also my son, 24 years old, he works from home. Both very relaxed and do their own thing. I am mostly in Manchester for work as an air hostess, so I do return once a month or so, but am rarely around. Hence the sale of the property to re-locate eventually in Manchester.
You will be living in a brand new semi-detached 3 storey house in the lovely suburb of Methley in Leeds, you will be close to amenities, pubs and restaurants and a 5 minute drive from Woodlesford train station. 7 minute train journey or 20 min bus ride into Leeds makes it ideal for commuting for work/Uni. The property is situated on the edge of the town and nestled among woodland in a beautiful location near St Aidens Nature Reserve with gorgeous walks on your doorstep.
Your bedroom is complete with a brand new double bed, storage and hanging space.
A family bathroom is on the same floor as your bedroom and is fitted with a brand new bathroom suite and brand new shower. The bathroom will only need to be shared on a rare occasion as there is also an en-suite shower room on the top floor.
Brand new kitchen with all appliances, brand new carpets throughout, and a nice garden space to the rear.
Tastefully decorated and extremely clean and tidy.
Rent excludes bills and is payable on the 1st of each month in advance. Bills are split 3 ways and usually are between 100-150 extra per month.
References required on request. I ask that you are a clean and tidy person and respect the newness of the property, keeping appliances like new, and the bathroom and kitchen clean and tidy. Shoes off policy and cleaning up after yourself daily is essential.
