My beautiful room right next to 3 Leeds universities is available for the next academic year. Less than 10 minutes walk away from the university of Leeds and the city centre, this student house is great for someone looking for a cosy and welcoming place to live and study.
A bit about us:
This is not a party house, although it is social. People come round a couple of times a week to play games like Dungeons and Dragons and Blood on the Clocktower and sometimes having a film night. We like the house to be kept tidy and peaceful, and are considerate of each others space. There are some big readers in this house, we have a bookshelf that's literally overflowing, alongside a lot of art supplies. You'll probably enter the living room to find people either reading, playing guitar, writing or fiddling with electronics, and everyone is always happy to join.
