The building has a good size gym, 24/7 concierge, working spaces and hosts events. All free for the tenants.
The building and the area is really nice and safe. Lots of social activities and potential to make friends within the building complex.
Your new flatmate is a 22yr old nurse and with her rostered work, you’d have the flat to yourself most of the time.
