5 mins from the train station, Leeds dock and the canal area, the flat has an en-suite bathroom complete with bath/shower, and a king sized bed.
Full-wall length sliding wardrobes so plenty of storage!
There is a residents gym, a private room you can book for gatherings (complete with kitchen and cinema), and if you work from home, there is a brand new hub/social space to work from. There is always social events and independent vendors, so there’s always something to do!

Due to personal circumstances, I must leave my flat for the short term.
Current flat mate is a young, professional female, likes her own space but would also like to socialise! LGBTQ+ friendly.
The flat is clean and modern, finished to a high spec.

Council Tax band D, we pay £108 each. No gas so utilities are quite low, usually about £30/£40. WiFi is included in price, along with amenities mentioned above.
