Regardless of how long you plan to stay, the accommodation requires that the contract runs until August 29, and the full rent must be paid upfront for the entire period at 235 per week (The day you move in to August 29).So about 1880 for 8 weeks and 2820 for 12 weeks. This is part of their standard re-let policy and can't be changed.
Since I understand that you may only want to stay for part of that time, I’m happy to offer a private discount. After you’ve signed the contract and paid the full amount to the accommodation, I will personally refund the difference between what you paid and the discounted price we agreed on.
So the refund = (what you paid) – (our agreed discounted price)
50 pound relent fee and 100 pounds cleaning fee is on me.

Half the discount will be refunded once you pay and half will be refunded once I receive the payment back from the accommodation.
