The flat is very nice, only built a few years ago - nice view of the city from the balcony and ensuite for each room.
There is a car park but I think there is a waiting list for (paid) parking spots, I can check specifics if needed.
The building has a 24-hour gym, co-working spaces, a resident lounge, bike shed, and courtyard area.
I’ve added pictures of my current room, which will likely be the new tenant’s (your) room - I’ll be moving into the room of my flatmate who’s leaving
The rent price may go down a tad, I’m still negotiating the new contract with the letting agency.
