I'm looking for someone to take over my ensuite room in a 5-bed flat starting July 1st（only for student）

Although it’s a 5-person flat, currently only 3 people live here (2 males, 1 female including me). One of the male flatmates is returning to China in mid-June, so by the time you move in, there will be only 2 people living in the flat.

The remaining flatmate is very quiet and introverted, rarely uses the kitchen and mostly stays in his room. Everyone here is friendly and respectful, making it a calm and pleasant place to live.
