Location is on a quiet street very handy for Roundhay Road (with buses into City),Potternewton Park and Gledhow Valley.

Friendly mature household who like to share meals and socialize together in the evenings. Would suit a relaxed, creative type of person. Currently 2 males and one female in the house who all share regular cleaning duties to upkeep the house. Currently 2 housemates are smokers, there is no smoking in communal areas and its mostly outside. We are looking for a female who's looking to find somewhere to call home.

The house is well maintained personally by the landlord who will respond quickly to sort out any repairs as needed. There's also some useful storage space in the cellar.
