The house is located in a beautiful leafy square on the edge of the city centre near the University of Leeds, a 15/20 minute walk from Leeds train station (Council Tax band C).
The room comes furnished with a comfy double bed, large window, high ceiling, good storage and a desk.
Facilities include a shared living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, utility room, study, music room, small front and back yards and a big cellar. Like we say, it's spacious!
We are 26-year-old guys who enjoy sports, films, listening to and playing music, cooking and going to the pub.
We're looking for someone laid back and friendly, who’d fit in who maybe even enjoys the odd game of mario kart.
