It's extremely conveniently placed for both uni and the city centre.

The rent is £130 per week, including all bills and broadband. The tenancy starts on August 1st and runs for 11 months.

The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living area. You’d be living with three male students who are friendly, tidy, and laid-back. It’s a relaxed household ideal for studying or downtime.
