Hi there! I'm moving into a wonderful two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Waterside Apartments at the end of June and would love to find a great flatmate to share it with.
We're perfectly situated between the river and the canal, meaning you're only a breezy 15-minute walk from the heart of the city centre. As a young professional working just 5 minutes away in Leeds, I think this would be an amazing spot for another city-based professional.
Underground parking can be applied for a cost of £75pcm
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, going on walks, the odd trip to the pub too - and of course the football (I'm an Arsenal fan)
The tenancy is for a year, but if we get along well, I'd definitely be keen to stay longer! :)
