My current flatmate is relocating at the end of June, so I'm looking for a new flatmate to share this great space with!
The Flat & Location:
Our 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom apartment is perfectly placed on the edge of Leeds City Centre, right between the river and the canal, which is a fantastic spot for running or walking, especially now that the weather is warming up.
About Me:
I work locally as a professional for an engineering consultancy just 5 minutes away, so I'm generally in the office during the day. Outside of work, I'm into running, playing and watching football (I've got Sky Sports, which you'd be more than welcome to use), and the odd trip to the pub.
I'm looking for a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, but I also like to ensure the place is kept neat, clean, and tidy.
It would be great to find someone to genuinely get along with as a friend too!
The flat would be ideal for another city-based professional, especially with great access to nearby offices like Wellington Place.
Flat Details:
Rent: £600
Bills: Approx. £160 per person, per month.
Council Tax: Band D
Parking: Secure parking is available for £70/month (there is currently a waiting list, but there are plenty of nearby options like JustPark in the meantime).
