Double room available in Meanwood

I have a double room available in my two bed semi-detached house in Meanwood. It’s a new build in a quiet cul de sac. The room is available up until 21st December. It will then be relisted in mid-January and available longer term from that point.

As well as the furnished double bedroom available to rent, the property comprises of a downstairs WC, open plan living/kitchen area, shared bathroom and enclosed rear garden. There isn’t an additional allocated parking space, however there is space outside the property to park on a no-through road.

A bit about me: I’m a Civil Servant currently working from home. During work hours I keep myself to myself working from my room (apart from numerous trips downstairs for coffee!). In my spare time I love seeing my family who are based in York and Lincoln, going to the local for the pub quiz or just chilling in front of the tele. If you’re after a party house I’m afraid this isn’t for you, however, if you like a board game, pub quiz or binging some sort of police drama/documentary it could be an amazing perfect fit!

The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, large chest of drawers and a built in cupboard with hanging rail. The desk pictured isn’t included, but one can be provided upon request :)

Rent includes all bills (gas, electric, broadband, water and council tax).
