I'm moving out of my 3 bedroom flat in Meanwood in August. I'm flexible with the moving date but ideally I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy by the end of August 2025. Two girls already live here. They are both professionals and have full-time jobs.

My room is small but very cozy and comfortable with a lot of storage. It includes a desk and chair, closet with good amount of storage, double bed with under bed storage, bed side table, shelves and chest of drawers.

Flat includes shared bathroom, shared living area with living room, dinning table and kitchen. There is also a shared garden with the residents outside and free parking.

Rent: 478£ per person per calendar month. Fixed term contract until 31/07/2026.

Bills (electricity, water, gas and wifi): approx 88£ per person per month.

Council tax: £53 per person every 2 months.

Location: 5mins walk from Meanwood park, 15mins walk from Headingley town centre, good bus routes that will take you into Leeds city centre in 25mins.
