I’m looking for someone to take over my studio flat from mid-September. You’ll need to arrange your own lease directly with the letting agent, but I’m happy to introduce you and help get things started.

I’ve lived here happily for the past five years and am only moving out to live with my brother. It’s been a real home for me (please excuse a few personal touches in the photos!), and I think you’ll really enjoy living here too.

About the flat:
• Open-plan layout with bed area, mini living space, and kitchenette
• Separate modern bathroom (hotel spec – see photos)
• Private utility room with washer-dryer and extra storage
• Rent excludes all bills – you’ll need to set up council tax, energy, water, and Wi-Fi (I’m happy to guide you if needed)
• Secure building with onsite gym and Nisa Local downstairs
• Personal mailbox + parcel collection point at reception for larger deliveries

The letting agent will carry out the usual checks and liaise directly with you to set up the new tenancy.

I’m not sure about couples, but I can ask the agent if you’re interested.
