I'm a 34-year old male live-in landlord. I'm looking for a professional, non-smoking lodger in their 30s who is independent and responsible, and who is of course clean and respectful. I work from home full time. The flat is generally a chilled and relaxed environment.
The fully-furnished bedroom has:
- A super king size bed
- Drawers
- A bedside table
- A large wardrobe
- A desk
- A shelf
- A mirror
The shared areas of the flat comprise:
- An open plan kitchen/living room with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining area, sofa and TV.
- A balcony overlooking the river
- A shared bathroom with a bath and shower.
Bills for electricity (on a smart meter - varies monthly), water, internet and council tax (band D), and average at approximately £180 per month per person.
The flat is a 15-minute walk away from Leeds train station and a 10-minute walk away from a variety of supermarkets and bars.
The flat has no parking space, though you may be able to find secure parking to rent from other landlords in City Island.
