I do not currently live in the flat - I need another tenant to complete an application form. I know people who live in the building and they are all lovely.

The second bedroom doesn’t have a bed but I am more than happy to go halves on the price of one. Both bedrooms have en suites.
It is a lovely and bright flat, very clean and newly refurbished.
I work at Leeds University in student support in the faculty of arts. I am starting a part-time PhD next year in art history. I love anything creative, cooking, walking, yoga, the pub, watching films, going for coffee etc.
