Advertising on behalf of my daughter who was due to attend Leeds Arts University this September but has had a change of plans. She has never lived here and unsure of information about flatmates, however the accommodation provider stated that although her room is in a female only flat, if a male applies it may be possible to accommodate in another flat.

We have viewed the accommodation and it is beautiful, very clean, modern and well equipped.
