Urgent Tenancy Take Over

Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my accommodation tenancy for 2025/26 because I won't be a student in September. The contract is 44 weeks and the room is ensuite (individual bathroom) for £155 per week, all bills included. The contract dates are 13th September to 19th July. It is a 3 bedroom flat with a shared kitchen, girls only. The accommodation is Campus Living Villages - Burley Road (LS3 1LN). It is about a 15min walk from the University of Leeds campus and around a 15min walk from city centre with bus stops right outside on the main road. Message me for more details if you are interested.
