Located in a very central residential area making it easy to get to places by public transport. Only a stones throw away is a big Sainsbury’s supermarket and post office close by, also only a few minutes walk away is a fitness centre and coffee shops, making this location ideal for someone who likes to be out and about. Car parking space also available. References required. One month’s rent plus one month’s rent for deposit required, so first month is to be paid upfront and deposit used as the last month’s rent upon leaving the property.
