This is one of the larger rooms in the house, with a brand new mattress. It’s located on the ground floor, next to the living room and kitchen.

We’re looking for a person who’s ideally in the creative line of work, but this is not set in stone. All of the tenants are musicians, and we are looking for someone who would be understanding of practice times and rehearsals/recordings happening. These are either scheduled or spontaneous, but never late or early though - we’re respectful, communicative and flexible. Any creatives are welcome, not just musicians! We’re not a loud house (pretty quiet if you don’t take the music into account), parties don’t really happen often. We like our boardgames, listening to music or watching a film in the living room. If you have plants it’s a bonus!!
