- We all have creative hobbies and professions in these fields
- We are busy and sociable people, often out of the house - at gigs, pub, cinema, community events.
- We each value solitude and keeping the house primarily as a safe and quiet space.
- We schedule time to socialise together a few times a month. This is often a film night, shared tea or pub visit.
- As a house we value respect and communication as pillars for fun and lovely communal living.
- Living here you must be clear on your own boundaries, respect other people’s and communicate clearly.
