I’m heading off to the army, so I’m renting out my room in our modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat. You’ll be sharing with my easy-going flatmate who is staying on.

Great location with direct access to the city – there’s a bus stop right opposite the flat, and you’ll also have access to free parking.

We’re in contract until the beginning of June, so you’ll need to be happy taking on the tenancy at least until then. The bedroom doesn’t come with a desk and chair as standard, but I’m happy to leave mine in place if you’d like to use it.
