Hi my names Sanya. I work as a medical professional and my job requires me to travel and stay away regularly. The house is 4 bed 4 bath and I am letting double room with en suite. There are no other tenants in the house it's just the one room k am letting. Monthly rolling contract with 2 months upfront rather than deposit which means the last month that you leave when notice is given nothing needs to be paid for that month's rent.

The house is on 3 floors the room that is being let is on its own floor my bedrooms are upstairs on separate floor. There are 2 living rooms and kitchen with outdoor garden/patio space. Also parking on drive. The property is on new build estate next to the springs shopping complex, full of shops, restaurants, cafes, gym etc and easily linked for traveling with motorway access just a minute away. Current tenant is leaving at end of November due to re location of job.
