It’s an ensuite room (with private bathroom) in a 6-person flat with a shared kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and the flat has a reception/front desk.

St Mark's St, Woodhouse, Leeds LS2 9EP(Very close to the University of Leeds — most faculties are within a 15-minute walk).

💰 Rent: £139 per week (all bills included: water, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi)
📅 Tenancy length: 51 weeks (total £7,089)
🏠 Room type: Ensuite room (shared kitchen with 5 other male flatmates)
📆 Available from: 3rd November 2025
⚠️ Requirements: Students only; no short-term lets accepted.
