Preferably a student from Leeds Arts university, male and between the ages of 18 and 23.

Room is modern, site is close to amenities such as a bus stop outside which leads to the city centre or the lovely village of meanwood. Close to Leeds Arts University, around a 15 min walk. Close to Woodhouse ridge for walks and Close to meanwood urban farm for a nice day out.

As it is a student residence, only students will be permitted. Occupants are not obligated to pay council tax.
