En-suite room at Clarence Dock Village

I am looking for someone to take over my room tenancy. This can be from the start of December which is already paid meaning you won't have to pay till January. The room comes furnished with bed, desk, chair, mirror, bin and notice board. The accommodation has laundry facilities, a common room with pool tables and vending machines, bike store, parking and a reception that will take parcels in. The room is an en-suite with a shared kitchen among the other flatmates who are all really nice people.
