En-suite room at Clarence Dock Village

I am looking for someone to take over my room tenancy. The room comes furnished with bed, desk, chair, mirror, bin and notice board. The accommodation has laundry facilities, a newly renovated common room with pool tables and vending machines, bike store, parking and a reception that will take parcels in. The room is an en-suite with a shared kitchen among the other flatmates who are all really nice people.
