This is a recently refurbished flat in the Far Headingley area. The flat is furnished with a communal kitchen and separate living and dining area with a small balcony. The location is very good, buses into town are a few minutes away, there is a large gym and pool within a few minutes, Headingley is walkable with all the bars and restaurants it has to offer, and Leeds Beckett is extremely close. The city centre is easily accessed either by driving or public transport and it is also convenient for people working in Bradford or the surrounding areas but who prefer to live in Leeds.

The room itself is a good sized double room which has been recently redecorated and has an adjacent recently remodelled bathroom; as the other room has an en-suite this other bathroom would be largely just for your use. It is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table, and double bed with a new mattress.

There is parking in a residents car park (subject to availability) and residents can also apply for a free road permit as well if needed. Rental is inclusive of bills including council tax, gas, electric, TV licence, and wireless broadband internet. The property has lift access and is very secure.

I’m a live in landlord who works during the day so most days will only be around during evenings and overnight. I’m a doctor and have some on-call commitments but always minimise any disturbance. The setup would suit a working professional or postgraduate student but I’m open to considering all situations. Ideally I am looking for someone who wants to live somewhere clean and tidy and will do their part in maintaining this.
