The location is very good, buses into town are a few minutes away, Headingley is walkable with all the bars and restaurants it has to offer, and Leeds Beckett is extremely close.

The room itself is a good sized double room with an adjacent recently remodelled bathroom; as the other room has an en-suite this other bathroom would be largely just for your use.

There is parking in a residents car park and residents can also apply for a free road permit. Rental is inclusive of bills including council tax, gas and electric and wireless broadband internet. The property has lift access and is very secure.

I’m a live in landlord who works during the day so most days will only be around during evenings and overnight. I’m a shift worker and have some on-call commitments but always minimise any disturbance. The setup would suit a working professional or postgraduate student but I’m open to considering all situations.
