En-suite double room in 2bed flat

Hi! I’m currently living in Leeds city centre, in a flat located a 10-minute walk from Leeds train station, there is a Sainsbury's 2-minute walk away, with a gym, and other amenities 5-minute walk away. I’m moving out by the end of November and therefore will need someone to takeover my room.

The en-suite room is fitted with a double size bed, wardrobe, bathroom, shower, and furniture. I can leave the desk, if requested, for a small fee. Kitchen and living room are shared. It has a lovely balcony so you will enjoy an amazing view. Bills and council tax aren't included but should come to around £200 each; so £650 each in total.

Looking for a friendly, clean, considerate, reasonable young professional working Monday-Friday somewhat normal hours.

You would be sharing the flat with Josh, he works in finance Monday-Friday, two days working from home. He is clean, respectful, and sociable but also likes his own space. Overall very nice to live with. His interests include travelling, gym, reading, meeting new people, learning Spanish, and watching films/series.
