En-suite double room in 2bed flat

Hi! I’m currently living in Leeds city centre, less than 10min walk from Leeds train station. I’m moving out by the end of November and therefore will need someone to takeover my room.

The en-suite room is fitted with a double size bed, wardrobe, bathroom, shower, and furniture. I can leave the desk, if requested, for a small fee. Kitchen and living room are shared. The flat is located on the 5th floor so you will enjoy an amazing view. Price shown is just rent without bills, and council tax is band D.

My current flatmate is a young professional working full-time hybrid mode in finance, he likes reading, going gym, learning Spanish, traveling, and watching films/series. He is sociable but also enjoys his own space.
