House mate in a 2 bedroom apartment (Male/Female)

It’s a suitable 2 bedroom in a nice serene environment. It is 10 minutes walk from the train station, you can see the Trainline from the apartment. I’m looking for an outgoing/easy going person male/female that’s accommodating, clean, friendly and respectful.
