Double room to rent - In a quirky, cosy home

A double room to rent with great wardrobe space available end of January 2026- private car parking to the rear of the property with coded access for security.

A warm atmosphere and is more of a home, not just a house, back garden with patio and bbq for summer time. Hoping to meet someone that can enjoy the space and become friends. Downstairs is open plan living so very important to meet the right person.

I am a very laid back person and love meeting new people and get along with most people. However i would really like to meet someone clean and tidy and considerate. It would be nice to share cooking occasionally and equal contribution to house hold tasks. You cooked so i'll do the dishes type thing! Give and take :)

I have two female kittens so someone would have to be an animal lover like myself.

I like to go out and socialise but sometimes just love being cosy at home.

I have a little girl, she is 9 but lives 50/50 between mine and her dads, alternate weekends. I do have to say she is really cool.

I have a camper van and visit friends alot so you would have the house to yourself sometimes.
